Rational launches new benchmark for combi ovens

Whitefficiency, Rational's newest SelfCookingCenter combi oven, promises significantly better results in terms of use of raw materials, working time, power and water consumption.  It has a patented HiDensityControl for small and large quantity production and a SelfCooking Control that uses sensors to detect the size of the food and load.
