However, the critic finds the food at the new venture, which counts Michel Roux Jr. as consultant, “terrible”.
Andaman by Michelin starred chef Dieter Müller is “a restaurant in only the barest technical sense” according to Matthew Norman. The Guardian critic finds the restaurant at the relaunched St James’s hotel and club in London “very average” given Müller’s pedigree.
