The hotelWe own the freehold of a 14 room hotel and spa (with room for expansion) situated in a peaceful location in the mountains of Slovenia whilst only a 15 minutes drive from the airport, the capital Ljubljana and the Austrian border.
The opportunityThe hotel would ideally suit someone who wishes to market to UK guests who are attracted by the nearby golf and skiing. Also there is potential for spa, wellness, boot camp and detox weekends.
You would run and operate the hotel and be responsible for hiring staff and marketing. You would pay us a monthly rental.
