Established in 1957 Instanta is a family owned private company manufacturing in Southport, Merseyside. Whilst British manufacturing has declined over the last fifty years, Instanta continues to go from strength to strength through offering a combination of service, quality and value for money.

We know that the best design in the world is of little use if deliveries are slow and after sales service is poor. Because of this we measure our deliveries against our Quality Management System targets and are pleased to say that our most recent figures show that 98.8% of spares orders received before 3 p.m were despatched on the same day and 99.9% of machine orders in the last six months were delivered on time. Whilst this is a great performance, we will not be happy until we achieve 100%.
We offer up to four years' parts and labour guarantee on our products, which is exceptional for this type of equipment and has been achieved through constant monitoring of warranty breakdowns and taking immediate action to rectify faults and prevent a recurrence.
