Tender Opportunity McCarthy & Stone and Somerset Group two of the most experienced and significant players in the retirement market have joined forces to manage McCarthy & Stone's Assisted living developments. this is part of the evolution of the Assisted Living product, taking advantage of the development expertise of McCarthy & Stone and the management expertise of Somerset Care Group, who currently manage 31 of their own retirement and care facilities and provide over 37,000 hours of community care each week across the South of England.

McCarthy & Stone's Assisted Living developments comprise 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, a communal lounge, a function room, restaurant, guest suite and communal grounds. the developments are manned 24 hours a day by a team of Estate Managers. they offer a sleep-inn service and a restaurant offering lunch to residents, families and friends 365 days a year. the food is freshly prepared on the premises in the spacious and well equipped Kitchen.

You are invited to tender for provision of catering services at 2 of the Assisted Living developments to be built in 2010 in Ferndown (Dorset) and Lymington (Hampshire).
