Feng Sushi refurbishes six sites
London-based sushi chain Feng Sushi is refurbishing all six of its sites following Strada founder Luke Johnson's decision to take a majority stake in the business earlier this year.
The refurbishment is to follow the vision of Feng Sushi co-founder Silla Bjerrum and will use architecture firm ZMMA, which helped to develop the original look for the chain around 15 years ago.
The refurbishment of three stores at Notting Hill, the South Bank and Fulham is already complete.
The remaining stores in Borough Market, Chalk Farm, and Kensington are set to be completed shortly.
Adam Zombory-Moldovan, director at ZMMA said: "Most other sushi chains have adopted a very brightly lit, modern and synthetic look using harsh colours, metallic finishes and perspex for their interiors, often reflecting their pre-prepared, pre-packaged offering.
