Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton is to launch a new branch of his London Maze restaurant in Prague, Caterer can reveal.

The 100-seat restaurant, which will be developed under the Gordon Ramsay Holdings banner, is being designed by David Collins.

Atherton's senior sous chef at the London eaterie will head up the new project in the Czech capital, which will be located in the Prague Marriott hotel.

The restaurant, which is due to open at the start of October, will charge about £30-£40 a head for dinner and will feature Maze London classics, but the menu will not be "as involved" as the London menu, according to Atherton.
