Claudio Plulze to open 16th London resturant

Thursday 25 May 2006 00:00

London restaurateur Claudio Pulze is to open his 16th London restaurant in Mayfair this autumn.

Pulze - who has opened more than 35 restaurants in the capital since 1975 - has not yet decided on the restaurant style but says it is 90% likely to be Italian.

The property, at 23 Conduit Street, will accommodate about 65 seats, plus another 20 for private dining.

The new venue housed Nico Ladenis's Deca restaurant from 2002 until it was sold to Rowley's last year for £2.9m.
