Greene King has paid £1.25m for a long lease on a site in the Pipeworks retail and leisure development in Swadlincote, which will house a Hungry Horse pub and restaurant.
The new venue is expected to create 20 jobs. Pipeworks is a £20m project housed in the restored former Wraggs Pipes and Hepworth's production plant, in Coppice Side.
