Colris hotel

Colris hotel, a three-diamond B&B on Blackpool’s central promenade, has changed hands.

New owner Sivasubramanaim Srirangan from Motherwell was attracted to the location after being knocked down by a car near the hotel and being impressed at how busy the area was.

The four-storey, mid-terraced property is close to the Central Pier, Blackpool Tower and the Pleasure Beach.

Along with 30 en-suite bedrooms, it provides a 70-seat dining room, a lounge bar, and two-bedroom owners’ accommodation.

The Manchester office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off an asking price of £625,000 on behalf of Bob Quittenton, for whom Christie Finance provided the funds.
