London Docklands-based gourmet coffee company Union Coffee Roasters roasts all its beans by hand which, it claims, produces more delicate and complex flavours. The company describes its Brazil Arabica variety from the Fazenda Lambari estate as having a sweet, rounded flavour giving an easy-drinking coffee that can be enjoyed all day with a variety of different foods, including sweet pastries. Union Coffee Roasters is an ethical trading company, meaning it supports sustainable agricultural practices and decent wages for farmers.
