Contract caterer Brookwood Partnership has made Louise Foster and Anna Melville operations managers. Foster was a recruitment consultant at Portfolio International and Melville has moved from the National Trust, where she was catering business development manager.

Malmaison Hotels has added Helen Chatterjee to its sales team as group director of sales. She was vice-president of sales and marketing, UK and Europe, at Bridgestreet Serviced Apartments Worldwide.

Tara Robinson is the new conference and events manager at Mallory Court Country House Hotel, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. She was weddings and event manager at Wroxall Abbey Estates hotel in Warwick.

Delaware North Companies, the contract caterer providing catering services at the new Wembley National Stadium in London, has appointed Andrew Taylor general manager at the stadium. He was an account manager at Compass Group. Head of sales, conference and banqueting at Wembley is Jackie Boughton, who was sales and marketing director at the Vienna Group hotel company. Jacky Issac has become head of human resources at Wembley, and was formerly human resources manager with Compass Group. Simon Dobson has left Sodexho Prestige, where he was managing director, and is now managing director at Wembley.

Hintlesham Hall hotel in Ipswich, Suffolk, has welcomed David Murray as resident manager. Murray was Kiplings House manager and operations manager at Bush Hall hotel in Hertfordshire.

Brian Foster is the new manager of the Bacon Arms pub in Newbury, Berkshire. He previously ran his own restaurant and bar, the Great Lime Inn, in Tobago.

InterContinental Hotels Group has chosen Bill Hitchcock as operations manager at the Holiday Inn Oxford hotel. He was operations manager at the Holiday Inn High Wycombe hotel.

Chris Standhaven has become head chef at the De Vere Arms hotel in Earls Colne, Essex. He was sous chef at Hambleton Hall hotel in Rutland. Martin Hucker, previously general manager at the Swan hotel in Lavenham, Suffolk, has become business development manager at the hotel.no hea


Move of the week
Peter Hazzard
has joined the board of Heathcotes Restaurants and will lend his skills to the expansion of the Heathcotes Outside catering arm. He was executive director for food service at Sodexho.
