Warminster-based Lyons Seafoods has launched a new convenience range called Lyons Seafood Deli that offers a nautical alternative to sandwiches for the lunchtime on-the-go market.
There are three products to kick off the line-up. Dipping Prawns are supplied in 130g clear packs with a clip lid and fork, containing ready-to-eat king prawns with a dip (either low-fat seafood sauce or sweet chilli) in a separate compartment. Mini Pots are 100g clear packs of king prawns that have been coated in a lightly-spiced green Thai dressing.
All are supplied in cases of six pots that have a minimum shelf life of four days.
