Sous-vide salmon from Authentic Food

Salmon in White Sauce is a new sous-vide-style dish to join the Mediterranean range, one of six key brands produced by the Authentic Food Company.

It comprises a 225g cooked loin in a creamy white wine and chive sauce that can be cooked from frozen in 20-25 minutes by simmering the pouch in a pan of hot water. The salmon loins are packed 10 to the case.
