Claw Island lobster

Lyons Seafoods has launched a sustainably sourced whole cooked Claw Island lobster to the food service sector.

Caught in the waters off Maine, the lobster is cooked and frozen using a patented technique to ensure a succulent texture and fresh flavour.

The 454g lobster portions are individually packaged and have a 12-month shelf life. No chemical additives or preservatives are used in the cooking or freezing process to ensure each lobster retains a natural taste.
