The newest dual-temperature chillers from Valera do away with the need for separate fridges and freezers as they incorporate an integral independently controlled compartment for fish or frozen food.
The two heavy-duty compact models - which measure 710mm x 820mm x 2,010mm - combine a general-purpose chiller with a 28-litre capacity with a 250-litre fish section (the AGP-752) or frozen food section (the AGM-752) that adds two shelves and three drawers to the configuration.
Larger kitchens may opt for the gastronorm dual-temperature models that combine a 1,000-litre-capacity chiller with a 250-litre fish compartment (the AGP-1003) or frozen food area (the AGM-1003).
The three-door unit measures 1,400mm x 820mm x 2,010mm and provides automatic defrost and separate compressors and controllers for the fish/frozen food sections.
