Ready to Cook seafood lines from Lyons

The Ready to Cook range created by Lyons Seafoods for convenience and speed of preparation and service includes two classic seafood dishes.

King Prawn and Mussel Marinière combines easy-peel farmed warm water king prawns and Irish rope-grown mussels in a classic creamy mariniŠre sauce with garlic, onion and dry white wine flavours. The dish is individually vacuum-packed in a 450g pouch for easy portion control and is microwaveable from frozen in minutes.

The second dish is a Salmon and King Prawn Florentine, comprising a farmed salmon fillet filled with three king prawns, spinach and basil pesto. Each 185g portion is individually vacuum-packed and, after defrosting, requires 12 minutes in a hot oven or can be steamed in its packaging.
