Quik n’ Crispy fat-free fryers from Valera

Quik n’ CrispyThe healthy, fat-free Quik n' Crispy regeneration fryer from Valera can knock out 2kg of hot-air-fried appetisers in one batch or 15kg of French fries each hour.

The fryer's use of hot air and radiant heat rather than oil to "fry" ovenable chips, grill precooked meats and bake pizzas and hot sandwiches produces succulent foods that have the required crispy coating. 

Quik n' Crispy can save operators more time through its ability to cook different foods at the same time without any crossover in flavours, and through its electronic controls that offer 15 programmable presets.

The stainless-steel appliance has its own built-in grease and carbon filter, which removes the need for costly extraction systems.

The QNC-GF5, which is suitable for batch cooking in large establishments, has a list price of £3,999. A more compact version for smaller premises, the QNC-GF11, offers six programmable presets and runs off a standard 13amp plug, unlike the larger model, which requires a 30amp power source.
