A new line of fully automatic gastronorm service cabinets and freezers from Valera is available in single- and double-door versions.
Single-door models measure 740mm wide x 830mm deep x 2,010mm high and come with three adjustable 2/1 gastronorm shelves, while double-door versions have six shelves and a width of 1,480mm. The temperature range varies from -2°C to +5°C on chillers and -18°C to -22°C on freezers.
All models run on a 13amp power supply, and offer stainless-steel interiors and exteriors, digital controls, temperature display, internal light, front-braked castors, and lockable doors with full-length handles. List prices start from £1,275 for a single-door chiller to £2,195 for a double-door freezer.
