The 333 metre-high Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai will open as the world’s tallest single-use hotel later this month. However, it will soon be surpassed when the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong opens next year.
Situated close to the Dubai International Financial Centre and the World Trade Centre, the 72-storey Rose Rayhaan has 482 bedrooms.
Rotana currently manages 68 properties in the Middle East under several brands including Rotana Hoels & Resorts, Centro Hotels by Rotana, Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana and Arjaan Hotel Apartments by Rotana.
The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong will welcome its first guests in 2010. However, the 312-bedroom hotel is only set to occupy floors 102 to 118 of the 484m-high International Commerce Centre (ICC) in Kowloon.
