Contract catering. Set up in 1995, the company is active in the retail, hotels, tertiary education, government and charity sectors.

Turnover of £8.3m and profit of £90,000 for the 10 months to October 2003.

Where is its head office and area of operation?
New Loom House, London. Geographical coverage is mainly London and the Home Counties.

What brands does it operate?
The company runs staff restaurants and caf‚s for customers as diverse as the Ministry of Defence, PricewaterhouseCoopers and retailer Austin Reed.

How does the future look?
The company hopes to continue growing from its current 44 contracts to a maximum of 80, and no bigger. Wins last year included a £3m contract to provide catering at Ravensbourne College of Design & Communication in London and a three-year contract, worth £200,000 a year, to run a public café at Austin Reed's flagship Regent Street store (below).
