A city-centre bar restaurant in Stirling has been put on the market for £400,000.
All That Jazz, which occupies a converted grain warehouse at 9 Upper Craigs, comprises a large lounge bar and restaurant that can seat around 125 customers.
Upstairs is a self-contained function room to cater for small gatherings and parties of between 50 and 60 people.
The Glasgow office of Christie + Co is handling the sale of the freehold on the business, which attracts all-year trade from locals and tourists.
