London revpar grows by nearly 12%

London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 11.5% in the week ending 11 February, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.

Revpar rose to £99.40, up from £89.12 during the equivalent week of 2006.

Cccupancy grew by 0.4 percentage points to 75% while average room rate rose by 10.9% to £132.46, up from £119.39 in the corresponding week of 2006.
