Noël's range of herbs, spices, seasonings and condiment sauces is being relaunched under a new name: Schwartz for Chef. Produced by McCormick Foodservice, the range features all manner of dry-store goods from black pepper and oregano through to Cajun and fajita seasonings, as well as spices, garlics and cooking sauces. Herbs, spices and seasonings are sold in 500ml and 895ml jars, while wet sauces are available in 1.2-litre and 2-litre jars. There are 17 herbs, 32 spices, 16 seasonings, 10 salt and peppers, seven garlics and 31 wet sauces in the range.
