She leaves her previous job as assistant restaurant manager at London restaurant Sketch. Amy Walsh has been appointed restaurant manager at N20, having previously worked as a food and wine waiter at Wine Bank in Sydney, Australia. Bryn Thomas has been appointed bar manager and was previously bartender at Oloroso in Edinburgh. N20 is due to open by the end of this month.
