I read with sadness about the death of Tim Hadcock-Mackay. Although I didn't know him personally, I knew of him through general industry news and his TV appearances.
Every industry needs colourful and eccentric characters. Tim was a wonderful ambassador for hospitality, and our industry is richer for his contribution.
He will be sadly missed.
