The 17th-century Foresters Arms in the village of Graffham, near Petworth in West Sussex, has been sold on behalf of licensee Lloyd Pocock to Serena Aykroyd and Nicholas Bell from London.
The traditional detached pub, close to the the South Downs Way, comprises a lounge bar, 28-seat restaurant, four/five bedroom owner’s accommodation and two/three letting bedrooms.
The Foresters Arms was sold through agent Christie + Co for an undisclosed figure, from an asking price of £105,000 for a new free-of-tie lease for a term of 20 years.
