Premier Foods launches Premier Culinary Academy for Schools

Wednesday 24 September 2008 14:29

Premier Foods has launched the Premier Culinary Academy for Schools to give secondary school unit managers help and advice in creating healthy and appealing school meals.

Hosted by its team of home economists, the one-day free-of-charge courses taking place at five different locations across the UK throughout October, will offer guidance and practical training for up to 20 delegates per session.

Caterers will each receive a delegate detailing recipes that will be demonstrated during the day including main meals, sweet/savoury snacks and desserts, as well as a nutritional information chart.

All of the brands and products featured in the recipes are suitable for the education sector and used every day at schools across the UK.

For further information about the Academy visit Premier Food’s dedicated microsite at: www.premierculinaryacademy.co.uk
