Russell Bateman has joined Danesfield House hotel in Marlow-on-Thames, Buckinghamshire, as sous chef. He was sous chef at London's Capital restaurant. Elwyn Boyles has joined as pastry chef and had the same role at Tom Aikens restaurant in London. Victor Shahmirzadmia was also previously at Tom Aikens, as chef de rang, and has moved to Danesfield as assistant restaurant manager.
