The Birmingham office of Fleurets has sold the lease to the free-of-tie Bluebell pub in the affluent town of Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire.
The black-and-white timbered property dates back to the 16th or 17th century and now occupies a prime high-street site.
Duncan Taylor and Lee Toogood paid slightly below the £125,000 price sought for the new lease on the pub, which runs for a minimum 12 years. The new lessees are looking to expand the food offer at the pub.
