Just Opened: Roux at the Landau, London

Albert and Michel Roux Jnr have opened their first collaborative venture in nearly 20 years by taking over the Landau restaurant at the Langham Hotel. Former Roux at Parliament Square sous chef Chris King is in charge of the kitchen.
