USP The Charvet 800 and 900 modular cooking ranges can now be fitted with an integral Adande refrigerated drawer providing a flexible solution offering refrigeration directly under the cookline in one simple modular solution.
Specifications The professional 800 series offers a range of gas or electric equipment in compact fully seam-welded chassis of 850mm x 800mm with 2mm thick stainless steel tops. Half modules are also available. The Professional 900 series offers all the features of the 800 with the addition of a larger front plating shelf of 180mm thick in 3mm stainless steel and is 100mm deeper measuring 850mm x 900mm.
In use Charvet can also build-in Adande units into its bespoke ranges, as just delivered to the Jumeirah Carlton Tower's Rib Room.
