Product Philips MediaSuite TVs

USP The four-strong range of Internet-enabled, in-room TVs is operated by a remote control, with no need for a set-top box. An Integrated Connectivity Panel allows guests to easily connect their own devices to the TV.

Details The tabletop or wall-mounted TVs are 400Hz LED HD flatscreen models with sharp, clear images and low power consumption. As well as accessing Catch-up TV and online apps such as local weather and news, Facebook and Twitter, the package allows hoteliers to select and store images for display as a start-up or info channel.

Fact A Philips survey of European travellers found that 55% would favour hotels offering in-room, internet-enabled TV and that 92% would use NetTV. Catch-up TV, news, weather, city information, concierge services and airport information topped their list of desirable services. .

Screen size 32in, 40in, 46in and 55in
