This year sees the 50th anniversary of the Bournemouth Hotel & Catering Exhibition.
To celebrate the event and the region's bright future, a gala dinner will take place on 7 March.
The four-course gourmet feast will be cooked by James Martin, Pierre Chevillard from Pebble Beach in Barton-on-Sea, Michael Womersley of the Three Lions Inn in Stuckton, and Luke Matthews, executive head chef at Chewton Glen, all in Hampshire.
As a sponsor of the event, Caterer and Hotelkeeper will be hosting a table and would like local operators to join us.
