Enterprise Inns puts another 11 pubs up for auction

Enterprise Inns is to sell 11 pubs in the north of England through auctioneers Eddisons.

The 11 pubs range from a guide price of £50,000, up to £165,000.

The 11 pubs are:

The former Comet Public House, Croft, Darlington 

The former Royal Oak, Grimsby

The former Coach and Horses Public House, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire 

The former Barnacle Bill Public House, Middlesbrough, Cleveland

The former Royal Public House, Hartlepool, Cleveland 

The former Red Lion Public House, Trimdon Station, County Durham   

The former Rose & Crown Public House, Middleton On The Wolds 

The Continental, Sunderland   

The former Orchard Park Public House, Hull 

The former Archdeacon Public House, County Durham 

The former Sportsman's Arms, Bishop Auckland, County Durham

The auction is set to take place in the Banqueting Suite at Leeds United Football Club on 25 March.
