Elsabé Snyman, former purchasing co-ordinator with CH&Co, has been promoted to procurement manager for the group. She will continue to work closely with Terry Cook of the Cook Consultancy, sharing joint responsibility for the catering group's multi-million pound supplier portfolio. Snyman's new role will involve a more strategic focus on tighter procurement policies and procedures, as well as concentrating on risk assessment and supply chain management across CH&Co's core range of suppliers. She joined the company in 2004 as catering manager.
