Simply Eat, the Midlands-based sandwich bar chain, has announced the appointment of Tanny Mohammed as its new operations director. He has previously worked in an operations role at fast-food giant McDonald's and will oversee all internal and external operations at Simply Eat's outlets in Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Halesowen and Derby, as well as leading the marketing strategy as the company takes its franchise model to market.
