Hatco has introduced two new holding cabinets for heating and holding savoury and sweet products. The FSHC-7-1 is a shallow unit measuring 749mm deep for use under counters. It can accommodate up to seven full-size sheet pans or hotel pans on 3in centres. The second is a new Thermo-Finisher, the TFW-461R, for placement
on shallow counters or on shelves above. The unit can be used for melting cheese on to sandwiches, nachos or soups and warming up pizzas, chips and even main courses for larger operations.
