Soho to get new boutique hotel

Monday 16 May 2005 16:26

A new boutique hotel, restaurant and bar is to open in the heart of Soho under the auspices of entrepreneur Mark Fuller who has teamed up with Garry Hollihead and Andy Taylor.

The project, which still requires full planning permission, will convert a six-storey property in Warwick Street which is owned by Soho Estates into a stylish new hotel.

The plans include a 40-seater bar, 50-cover restaurant, private cinema as well as standard rooms, suites and penthouses with roof terraces.

Fuller, who hopes to open the hotel in early 2006, said: “I believe the future lies in intimate style-led venues, which fit with Soho’s diversely rich culture.”
