EasyHotel has recruited its second London franchisee within a week, after the Town House hotel on London’s Cromwell Road agreed to convert to the brand by the end of the year.
Run by Queensway Hospitality, the 40-bedroom Townhouse will become the 70-bedroom EasyHotel Earls Court after a refit.
It will be the rapidly expanding group’s third London site, and comes hot on the heels of last week’s news that the Splendid Hotel Group had agreed to turn its Belgrave Road property orange.
EasyHotel opened its first property in London’s Kensington’s Lexham Gardens in August 2005. It also has a franchised hotel in Basel, Switzerland.
It plans to grow the group entirely though franchising, and recently announced a £220m franchise deal for the brand in the Middle East.
