Three new senior staff have joined the Dragon hotel in Swansea. Catherine Rees is the hotel's new deputy manager. She previously oversaw the launch of the city's Fashion CafŽ. Sam Thomas has become executive chef and was co<2011>owner of 698 Restaurant in Mumbles. Ingo Hell, previously bar manager at the Hilton Cardiff hotel, has joined the Dragon as food and beverage manager.
