Kristian Kurn has joined Bespoke Hotels Group as the new head chef of Alfie's Bar and Kitchen at the Bermondsey Square hotel. Kurn has worked at international hotels in London, Germany, Thailand and Canada. His most recent position was at the Fairmont hotel, Washington DC, USA, alongside executive chef Jason Dalling.
