7 Day Catering has announced three new appointments to the business. Kath Wright (left) and Richard Bright (below left) join as operations managers, and Mark Palmer (below right) as general manager. Wright joins the southern team with responsibility for 12 contracts. Her most recent role was as operations manager at Caterlink. Bright joins from Avenance and will assume responsibility for Sainsbury's locations in the South-west. Palmer, a former general manager at Charlton House, will join the team at Tesco's head office in Cheshunt.
