Yo Sushi opens new site at Gatwick Airport
Sushi chain Yo! Sushi has opened a new restaurant at Gatwick Airport, taking its total UK sites to 64.
The 75-seat restaurant opens today and follows recent international launches at Washington Union Station in the USA and Oslo Airport in Norway.
As well as its 90-strong core range of hot and cold food, served on its trademark conveyor belt, the new site will offer a selection of wines, Japanese beers and sake.
Speaking about the opening, Yo! Sushi CEO Robin Rowland said: "As we continue to innovate our dishes and restaurant design, we have naturally expanded our on-the-go portfolio to locations like Gatwick Airport, offering a fantastic choice of Japanese-inspired dishes to busy travellers looking for something different.
"Customers can quickly grab and go or enjoy a more leisurely meal if waiting with family and friends."
