Domino's appoints new business development director

Pizza delivery chain, Domino’s Pizza has appointed Andrew Emmerson as its new business development director.

Emmerson, who has previously worked for Dunkin’ Donuts, Millie’s Cookies, Upper Crust and the Tetley pub company, will be responsible for identifying 50 new franchise and property opportunities for expansion of the Domino’s brand each year.

Chief executive Stephen Hemsley said: “We are very impressed by Andrew’s hands-on attitude. He brings valuable insight into how a retail system can successfully mange its expansion and he knows a great deal about the franchise and property realms.”
