Product Triangle cake slices

USP These individual slices of cream and mousse cake triangles (exclusive to the trade) fit together to create the appearance of a traditional large cake, each containing 12 single-serve portions.

Details The quick-frozen cakes contain no artificial colours or preservatives and are available in seven flavours including the three fruity options (Strawberry Buttermilk, Raspberry Cream Cheese and Tangerine Cream Cheese) and the crushed-almond-and-honey-topped Bee Sting.

Top-of-the-range options include Sucher (dark sponge, apricot jam and a cocoa sugar glaze), Esterhazy (nutty cream, ground nuts, hazelnut layers and chocolate shavings) and Mozart (layers of dark sponge, pistachio marzipan, nut-nougat cream, chocolate flakes and chocolate cream).

Preparation Defrost in a fridge at 6°C to 7°C for between four and 20 hours, depending on flavour.
