Catering Academy scoops £5m contact centres contract

Independent food service firm Catering Academy has won a £5m multi-site contract with contact services firm HEROtsc.

The five-year deal will see the caterer service six sites across Scotland, one in Warrington and one in Rotherham.

Catering Academy has implemented a bespoke marketing concept across three comprehensive café bars for the Warrington, Rotherham and Falkirk sites, while the five remaining Scottish sites have an "express" retail shop concept.

A full vending and hospitality service has also been installed at each site.

Stephanie Black, commercial manager at HEROtsc, said: "We were looking for a catering supplier that could meet the different requirements of each of our sites whilst also providing us with a superior level of service across our estate that demonstrated our commitment to our staff and visitors, and we believe that Catering Academy will deliver this for us"
