Rhubarb to cater for Mint Polo in the Park

Catering company Rhubarb has been appointed to supply the catering and hospitality at Mint Polo in the Park this summer.

The company will work alongside City Events to provide bespoke catering and hospitality packages at the event held at Hurlingham Park in west London from 8-10 June.

Offers will include the "Pukka Picnic", "Cool Britannia Tea" and "Gourmet BBQ" packages as well as first-class private entertaining located pitch side in the corporate enclosure.

Rachel Roullier, commercial and hospitality director at City Events, said: "Mint Polo in the Park are thrilled to welcome back Rhubarb Food Design as the official corporate caterer in Hurlingham Park corporate enclosure for this three-day summer event. Rhubarb's innovative and creative approach means that we can offer clients truly unique hospitality options."

Last year, Rhubarb announced the acquisition of event caterer Eventuate for an undisclosed sum. Rhubarb bought 100% of the share capital and Eventuate now operates within its Food Design group.
