Designed and manufactured in Italy, Staff ice-makers are now available to the UK market through Brewfitt. The machines deliver ice in a variety of formats, including compact, cubed, hollow, flake and scale, and output ranges from 25kg to 9,000kg per 24 hours. The streamline design has a stainless steel finish and some models feature a paddle mechanism which eliminates the need for pumps and thermostats.
