London Borough of Hillingdon Refreshment Concession
The London Borough of Hillindon has one cafe bar facility within a sports pavilion at Little Harlington Fields, a public open space in the southern half of the borough.
Tenders are invited to manage this facility on behalf of the Council.
The successful operator will enter into a 5-year agreement with the council to run this refreshment facility for public use from 1st August 2010.
